What is the best facial cream for a teen that doesnt make the skin oily (and fights acne)?

my face is the same way cetaphil is great, you can find at walmart and such its for oily skin and my face is really clear now.

I used Proactive, and it didn't work. I recommend oxy pads, oxy fash wash, and oxy spot remover. It works really well.

it depends on your skin type but for me ( I have dry skin) I use natures cure with a light face moisturizer.
