How can you get pale skin to look glowing?[Picture inside] Is there some cream you use?

I've always wondered do people who have skin like this use some sort of cream? I'm using the lightest possible foundation color and I've never had my skin look this glowing and pretty. I'm very pale, but my skin color just looks dull rather than glowingHow can you get pale skin to look glowing?[Picture inside] Is there some cream you use?
Yeah that image has been airbrushed severely + the flash washed out their face a lot.





What I use is Bare Escentuals... I adore how light it feels and yet the powder coverage is great, and you use reeeeally thin layers to build upon. Look into these two products, they really make my own skin look dewy and brilliant.

I am fair/pale, too..But their line of make up fits me perfectly without all the gooey liquid cover and I'm barely wearing anything yet it covers well. Look into them.

We all know that there are makeup tricks to help us look better. But that pic has been retouched to make the girl look perfect. She almost has no nose definition because they went a little overboard. Go to a cosmetics specialist at a dept. store. She can help you for free. They want to sell their makeup.
I love girls soo much they rule! And I say that as a Straight guy :)

i mix a sheer tint in my liquid foundation and sweep with some light powder for a dewy or (glowing) affect
Try a bronzer,..a very light bronzer and play with it,...
just moisturize. i know mac's strobe cream can help highlight and make your face glow
