Be smart, go see a Dermatologist. They have all the right stuff!Skin cream reaction? help!?
It definitely sounds like an allergic reaction to one of the creams. You should stop using both of them for a few days. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser such as Cetaphil for sensitive skin or Dove for sensitive skin. Use a gentle moisturizer such as Cetaphil lotion. Give your face a couple of days to calm down. If things don't get better, consult a physician or dermatologist for more help. Also, from now on, whenever you use a new product on your face, it is a good idea to test the product in a small area first to make sure it doesn't bother your skin.
It's not necessarily a combination of the creams. You may just be allergic to one of them.

I agree, if you have problems with acne, your best bet is a dermatologist.
