Any know of any medicine or shampoo or anything that can help with Olily skin hair and chest something like white cream comes off when i scrub it down with my nails or sharp object even cleaning with sumthing sharp comes back the second day. i would go to your local dermatologist. it's may actually be a serious skin condition...but you never know unless you go. they could also prescribe you a good strength ointment or something to help it go away.
