Can cream for the skin expire?

I have some old creams for my eczema i can't find an expiry date on it but im not sure if i can use it there up to 4-8 years old adn i don't know if its to use. One of the creams is called prevexCan cream for the skin expire?
Toss it.

All prescriptions have expiration dates. Most of them are a little bit overly cautious, but 4-8 years old is way past that exception.

Chemical compounds can change over time. Aspartame, the artificial sweetener known better as NutraSweet becomes formaldehyde if stored in a warm area - like the truck it's shipped on. Tylenol will last almost indefinitely, but aspirin is only good for maybe a year.

Don't take a chance that this one is still safe to use.Can cream for the skin expire?
Yes creams definitely expire.
